Who operates this service

JobMoja operates this independent opportunity-discovery service. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@jobmoja.com.

Information you choose to send

Employer submissions contain the contact and vacancy details entered in the form. We use them only to verify and review the proposed opportunity. Application documents are never collected by JobMoja; applications continue on the employer or authorised recruitment destination.

Browser storage

Saved opportunities, application-click history and unsent submission drafts are stored locally in your browser. They do not leave the device unless you submit a form to the JobMoja API. You can clear them through your browser settings.

Optional analytics

Analytics load only after consent. If enabled, they help us understand aggregate page use; advertising cookies are not used. Declining does not reduce site functionality.

Operational data and retention

The service may retain security and error logs, including IP address and request time, for up to 30 days to prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Records may be retained longer only when required to investigate a security incident or meet a legal obligation.
