Editorial policy
How JobMoja sources, checks, classifies, updates and corrects early-career opportunities.
Every published field should be traceable to an employer, authorised ATS or official public source.
Publication standard
We record the source, application destination, first-seen date and last verification date. Interface text and social-sharing controls from source pages are removed. Editors may rewrite for clarity but may not add requirements, pay, dates or duties.
How automation and AI are used
Automated extraction and AI-assisted editorial tools help classify source facts, prepare search-intent briefs and turn dense vacancy text into readable sections. A publication gate checks required facts, source sections, application steps and structured data before a new listing can be marked verified. Automation is never treated as evidence for a salary, deadline, requirement or employer claim.
Dates and salaries
If the employer does not state a closing date or salary, we say so. We never create a 30-day closing date for structured data. Expired listings lose active JobPosting markup and move to an archived state.
Corrections
Material corrections are logged. A broken application link pauses publication until it can be verified again.
